This is nothing more and nothing less than a call to arms, brothers and sisters. I tried to make it clear in Part I - "Wake-Up Call," that if we're not just shucking and jiving ourselves about a commitment to the future, then we MUST get started now--right after the first of the year will do. You see, the next election comes in two years--NOT four!--and if we want to have any real shot at taking House and Senate seats back, not to mention state and local offices, then we'd better bloody well be firmly entrenched and ready for anything the opposition might throw at us. To delay is to surrender, by the time you begin seeing campaign signs on front lawns, people, it's MUCH too late; the battle has already been lost.
